Purpose of the 总统的 咨询委员会

The purpose of the 总统的 咨询委员会 is to advise the President of Saint Paul College on the budget, long-range planning, 政策发展, 设施, 市场营销, 以及公共问题.

President’s 咨询委员会 members may be appointed upon the recommendation of the President of Saint Paul College and any council member.

The Saint Paul Board of Education representative will be a current Board member. The Saint Paul College 学生参议院 representative will be currently enrolled at the College as a student. Both representatives will serve on the President’s 咨询委员会 until they no longer serve on the Board or 学生参议院. At that time, a new representative will be seated.

Business will be conducted using the 信息rmal Procedure of Robert’s Rules of Order.

The Council shall meet no less than four (4) times within the academic year with additional meetings being called as needed by the Chairperson with appropriate notice.

President’s 咨询委员会 guidelines will be reviewed each year at the Fall meeting.

President 咨询委员会 Chairperson Duties

The Chairperson serves a one-year term and shall convene regularly scheduled President 咨询委员会 meetings (at least four times a year). 主席应:

• Develop the meeting agenda in collaboration with the College President/CEO
• Call and run the meetings
• Facilitate President 咨询委员会 meetings and conversations at the meetings
