学生参议院 is recognized as the official organization representing the ideas, 需要, and interests of the 学生 body at Saint Paul College. Being involved is an excellent leadership opportunity that allows you to engage in a democratic form of 学生 governance, led by a 学生 elected Executive Board. Senate members serve on college committees, help organize and support 学生 organizations, support programming and campus initiatives, and contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive campus environment.

During the academic year, the 学生 body comes together once a month for 大会. During 大会, all 学生s have a vote on major issues affecting 学生s. They can connect with 学生 organizations and consult with the college on tuition and fees. We want to hear from you. Your opinion and involvement are important to us.

How can I join the 学生参议院?
每年春天, 学生s elect a 总统, 副总统, 财务主管, 股本 and 包含官, 秘书 and Executive Communications and 活动负责人. Officers serve a one-year appointment (August-May) and are paid hourly with the 总统 position starting in July. Interested 学生s must meet the requirements listed in the position descriptions and complete an application indicating the position they are interested in. Eligible applicants will have an opportunity to learn more about the opportunity to serve as a member of the Executive Board and the election process.
